I've been to the Microsoft site, the HP site, etc.. I got a new computer with Windows 2000 Professional software a few months ago. I haven't been able to install the software for my printer (HP OfficeJet G55) -- not from the most recent cd or from HP site driver downloads. I get the following error message:
